Installing Mepolight ML-17777 Tru-Dot sights on a CZ82...can it be done?

The packaging on these sights says this they fit the 75s and 85s but Amazon claims they work on and 82/83 as well. Any insights would be appreciated. If you've installed them on an 82 or attempted it....were you successful? How much work was it? Are you happy with them? Thanks for the info.
