CZ 75 Recoil spring compatibility

My first post here!
I have a CZ 75b and an SP-01 Tactical and when ordering some recoil springs today I was told that the springs for both are the same size / SKU and fit each other. Can anyone confirm this?

The CZ75B and SP01 have a lot of parts in that can be interchanged. like springs, mag releases, hammers, etc......My 75B SA has a number of IDPA upgrades using SP01 parts.....
