CZ75 Rear Sights Question

The light green dots have disappeared from the factory rear sights of my CZ75. Called the CZ-USA Customer Service line and was told my wait would be over an hour. My CZ went over its one year warranty period four days ago so doubt I would get much help from CZ-USA. Short of replacing the rear sights, is there another fix I might consider? Is there a suitable material on the market that can be inserted into the now empty dot circles?
