Title: What's The INCH POUNDS

Hi Guys :cheesy: I'm trying to inch pound my rifle rings and my FAT WRENCH will soon be in my mailbox.
The Question is: How many inch pound should I apply to the scope rings?

I don't know what material the rings are made of ?
