« on: July 28, 2014, 10:39:21 AM »
This is a video of the latest competition we competed in. As you will see it is very challenging, but also amazingly fun. if you haven't tried it or think your not good enough, just do it...the shooters are all great people and will help you with whatever you need.....

Definitely looks challenging. Thanks for posting. Motivates me to try this form of competition someday.

I think everyone should at least try it once. It is something that is fun that improves your skill.

Ouch :cool: . I just watche my first run: Nothing like watching the RO take a nap while One is shooting. At least I improved throughout the day.

cfields, have you tried the USPSA match at Volusia?  It looks like the next one is 8/23.

I highly recommend it  :grin:  Movers, steel, disappearing targets, it's lots of fun!  Here's a stage from last month in San Diego:

kneelingatlas I am currently only shooting .22 for competition, so that leaves me out for shooting USPSA. I just can't afford the 9MM ammo at this time. I would love to do that tho, looks like a ton of fun......I think IDPA would also be fun to try as well....

kneelingatlas: Care to join the CZForum Shooting Team? We could use another shooter. Or we can start an entirely new team shooting USPSA. Volusia ain't close gas wise to Orlando but maybe I can make that? Should be funny to watch me try hitting moving targets. :laugh:

           I really am trying to get CZForum.com folks together and have real shooting teams around the country. I am working on team shirts, but that may be as much as I can do to actually sponsor the shooting teams IDPA, IPSC, USPSA and others) but it might be fun to belong to one of the only forum Shooting teams around. (I think we are the only forum sponsoring any sort of shooting team, but who knows, I'm may be correct) :cool:

@kneeling...
I'm actually getting ready to focus more on USPSA matches. I'm looking at CFRPC for September. I think a little run'n'gun is more to my tastes. I may get to Volusia eventually. These early morning drives in this summer heat is starting to take it's toll on me.

It certainly is......I may give USPSA or IDPA a shot. I just hope its not as addictive as Steel Challenge is, or I may need to get a 2nd job to pay for ammo... :laugh:
