14-round mags for PCR

I have noticed that a few factory mags, when fully loaded with 14 rounds, rattle within the grip of the PCR. Has anyone else encountered this? Thanks.

I noticed most of my factory mags rattle when loaded, both on the 75B SA and Rami. I'm told it is normal.
