Hi Guy
I spoke with a guy name Mike I believe his name was a the CZ site.
I wanted to know where my newly bought CZ 452 Left Hand Rifle was made.
Mike asked me for the serial number on the gun. Which is: B878629
He came back with " . . . its made in American and the DOVETAIL IS 3/8in.
in European the DOVETAIL IS: 11mm. "
I thanked him and order the 3/8in Rings for my rifle.
Now a shooting buddy of mine said look a the barell of your rifle and see what it says.
Low and behold its said Made In CZECHOSLOVAKIA = Dam that guy Mike gave me the
WRONG INFOMATION !
And I got 3/8in. Rings coming in the mail @ a cost of $ 78.00 and change !
Now guys was this guy Mike; Right or Wrong about the size of the SCOPE RINGS ?
NEED YOU HELP GUYS, PLEASE
schooner
GOD bless you ALL

I think you are getting the correct rings. As far as I know all of the CZ arms are made in Czecloslovakia. 3/8" or 11mm would be correct for your 452. I just checked the CZ US website and that is the dovetail size listed.

There is a company that makes slide on top rails for the 452 and 455.
http://www.diproductsinc.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=175300&CAT=3600 (http://www.diproductsinc.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=175300&CAT=3600)
Then you can use standard rings for picatinny.

Just got a 452 Grand Finale. The dovetail measures 11 mm.
