I'm sure this is going to go back and forth as this works it's way though the appellate system. This may get to SCOTUS only to be relegated back to a State's issue. Taking us back to a State's Rights issue.  Here is a circular debate - Is the Constitution written to control the Federal Government? While a State agrees to conform to our Federal Constitution, as a condition of Statehood, it can be (a)More or (b)Less restrictive in its own governance?


We are NOT talking about an the People's (i.e. the individual) Rights. We are talking about the execution of law-making within our various governing bodies.
