Rebarrelling CZ 550 22-250 to 7.62x39

I am looking at rebarrelling my CZ 550 22-250 to 7.62x39... I have been told that this will also require some bolt work... The barrel will be full length(not carbine)... Apart from a possible magazine adjustment is there anything else that I need to consider... Any advice would be greatly appreciated... Thanks
