This was a good read.  I've been shooting everything from 115, 124, and 124+P in my sp-01 9mm.  I would be concerned to shoot the +p+ loads, but I will say that the pistol feels amazing when shooting the +p loads. 


+p is expensive, so I keep them for self defense loads, but I'm very accurate with it.
