Last week at practice the front sight on my Accu Shadow 2 broke. Before I left the range I called and explained what happened. I expected them to just ship me a new sight. When I explained I was leaving for the USPSA Nationals next week they told me to send the slide in and they'd fix it. Within minutes I had a FedEx return label in my email. I drove right to FedEx and shipped the gun off. They ensured I'd have it back in time. I received an email a few days ago with a tracking number. This is what customer service is all about.
