M-22, CCI Tactical or other for Kadet

There are a lot of mfg. now jumping on the auto rifle or pistol bandwagon.  Which ammo has provided the most reliable results for the kadet.  I use my firearm when training and not for everyday plinking and I thought a kadet + hi performance ammo would work great for ones hot drills and tactical draws.
