Insane is a good description.
Connecticut   Sec. 24 f 7 B
Large Capacity Magazine,,, does not extend beyond the bottom of the pistol grip, and (C) contains not more than ten bullets..
What ballistic genius wrote that?  How does the law apply to mouseguns that never held more than ten rounds of ammunition?  This convinces me that law students that fail the bar exam go on to become politicians.

Seems like a lot good reasons why and how the law can be challenged in court. Vaguely worded is but one of the challenges I think could be put forth. I understand Maryland passed laws as bad, and Colorado has cost itself some revenue now that Magpul, and at least one other company are pulling up stakes and moving elsewhere. I suspect a very many Dem. Politicans are going to be unemployed come the next round(s) of elections.
