New CZ 75 Compact

Just got my Cz 75 yesterday, and won't get to shoot it until Friday. It's a real bear to rack, I usually do not have any issue with semi-autos and racking their slides, this one is a beast. Does anyone know the poundage of their recoil springs? And has anyone used a lighter spring without damaging their gun. Finally, does anyone make a captured RSA for the 75 Compact? Thanks.
