My first post is a question. Last month I was at LGS and found a NIB 452 american with the 16 inch threaded barrel. I am wondering how common this weapon is. I didn't see it on the CZ website. And yes, it does belong to me now. Also found a NIB satin nickel CZ 83, It came home to. Thanks for info

Idk, but if you own a 22 suppressor, make sure you check the spacing between the threading and the first baffle of the suppressor. When using mine on a rife I always have to use at least 1 crush nut to ensure proper spacing. If its too close to the first baffle, then it won't suppress properly.

Thanks for the reply and info. Was considering a suppressor, but havnt got one yet. I read somewhere the thread was different than standard American threaded suppressors. Is this true? Is there an adapter available? Also, if using an adapter, would your reply, still apply?

Most 22lr ars threaded in 1/2x28. Standard pitch for a lot of suppressors in .223 and 22lr.

the 16" barrel is very common over here in the uk, on the 452 ,in both .22lr and .17hmr,with the threads being 1/2" unf for the moderator.
