Title: How many CZforum.com members own a Dan Wesson?

I think I'll try to save for a Dan Wesson GUARDIAN in .45 ACP.


My RAMI and P-07 Duty are cool ,but somewhere back in my small mind..


the lust for another black Commander sized gun still lurks.




The GUARDIAN should be as heavy as my P-07 Duty, but also slimmer
and the mags much lighter to carry.


I've considered .38 SUPER, yet ammo supply on a local level is spotty
and around $49 for FMJ.


Never seen any at Wal-Mart,. and I don't like to have order ammo online.


.45 ACP is pretty abundant in shops in my area.




A DW .45 isn't the most expensive 1911 on the market, but they are more $$
than your typical CZ pistol.

Few 1911 fans have complaints about a DW and the Guardian .45 would
get me full circle to those old days when I owned and carried a Colt Combat
Commander.

I have Dan Wesson model 15 that bought in the 1970's.  Recently I purchased a Pointman 7.

Have you looked at buying one of the new CZ 1911s? I know you want a smaller frame/slide, but it may fit your price range better.
