Trigger bite
(1/1)
lea3792:
Greeting from Central Florida: I have a couple of CZ 97's and I really enjoy shooting shooting them except for one thing. I am experiencing a trigger bite from both of them (97b and 97bd). I use them as range guns and really have a good time shooting them except for the trigger bite. Any thoughts. Looking for a reply and frankly speaking - a fix. Oh bye the way - everyone have a very happy and prosperous new year!!!!!

Hi lea3792,
The most "friendly" conventional trigger available is the "5 Thick" trigger which has a relatively blunt tip with (imho) the least forward hook. https://cajungunworks.com/product/5-oem-thick-trigger/
It's pictured the 2nd from left in this post (3rd down):

-although its product naming has changed with time.
While you're at it, have some fun and optimize the pull forces with CGW parts:

Fwimbw, the early rubber grips with proper palm swell and increased "grip" (no pun intended) are awesome; you'll need to also order the #28 screws, btw. https://cajungunworks.com/product/19119-full-size-oem-rubber-grips-97bbd/
