Can you buy only a LOWER(AR TERM) for Kadet?

I've done some searching, here and abroad and can't find the CZ Lower (The handle and accompanied mechanisms) to permantley match to a Kadet slide.  I know some of you are thinking, "Thats not the point of the Kadet." However, I have my reasons and preferances.  So:


Is there a Lower, only available for purchase?
Where?
