Questions about the SA
« on: November 03, 2011, 10:51:41 AM »
Hi everyone,
This will be my first 9mm and will be used for target. From what I understand, the DA trigger is only possible if you manually decock the hammer, which I can't imagine I will ever do. So why not get the SA and the benefit of the overtravel adjustment, right?

So here's my question. I shoot left handed. Can I switch the mag release on the 75b SA? And is the safety ambi? If so, this is probably the fun for me.

I could go with the 85, of course, but I want the overtravel adjust and don't want the combat sights (which I hear are prone to breakage).

I'm hearing that the SA has a plastic trigger. Is this true??
Does the regular 75b have a plastic trigger?

I think they used to be plastice, they are aluminum if I remember correctly.
it has only the overtravel adjustment. most of the time they get switched out to the trigger with both overtravel and pretravel adjustment.

the 75B DA trigger is not plastic.
