Mill work on a B-SA Slide

I may have asked you this before, BUT
Since the chances of buying the CTS-SA or its Upper are VERY slim
What does CZC charge to mill, recoat and mount (What you feel is) a nice, Fully Adjustable Rear Sight, compatible with the stock B-SA Front Blade ?
Not yet sold on the whole FO thing

We use the Champion rear sight. very nice. looks like the old Bomar.
It's $210 to supply and install the sight.
