CZ Ringneck - disassembly and spring work

I have a pretty new CZ Ringneck and from the factory, it was T-I-G-H-T.  I've done some work and shooting to loosen it up. However, I'd like to do a little work on the spring, by taking a little off at a time, to loosen the action.


Anybody have an easy way, or instructions on doing this?  I didn't see anything on Youtube, etc.
