Sent my SP-01 Tactical for warranty work in beginning of December 2018, received no update email for last two weeks. Is the company on holiday vacation? The gun is needed soon for a reviewed project. Any ideal to get the it back soon? Thanks a lot! Also the issue is strange, the gun will not fire in SA if the trigger was pulled very slowly. I thought I figured out the issue as shown in the photo below. But not sure.

I know they are usually pretty busy and turn around time can be 6-8 weeks depending on the issue. I would give them a call for an update.

Thanks!
I was able to talk with a representative. He did mentioned the delay because of the holidays, and promise to help if possible.

So far seems OK.
Ugly Service on Beautiful Gun
Felt really bad since the gun is brand new and already repaired twice
At least had a good story for my blog now

The "Not Match/Even" geometry is normal for decocker CZs that have right side only engagement between the hammer tooth and sear, the left side symmetry having been "sacrificed" to decocker function.
Good to hear it's working, here's a trigger job writeup that may impart confidence in figuring out the inner workings for yourself:
