I have a J. Bossart Custom Gun Leather RH IWB (SOB/MOB) holster molded specifically for the P-01. Has 15* cant for optimal draw. Like new other than one idiot mark. I can do $75 shipped on it.

That looks like a LT hand holster in the pic....and is it open on the bottom? I have a CZ40P, has the CZ40B slide from the S&W/CZ deal a while back, which is on the P-01 frame so it is about an inch longer

Yes it is RH (Small of back/Middle of back carry).  It is canted 15* to the right to draw easier.  It is open, but is impossible to say if you would fit a 4.7" CZ40B though as I only have a PCR and P-01.  You could easily stretch out the opening if that is what you are asking, as it is slightly tapered inwards (1-2CM) for retention all the way around.  It all depends on where you carry, I carry in the 5' o' clock position.  If you are looking for something specific, you may need to order a custom holster.
