97b spring changes

i read alot about changing different springs in the cz97b. i have this piece as a home defense weapon with some time at the range to get to know each other. what springs are folks changing to and why. i'm not a gunsmith so dyi is what i'm looking for. i tried the search and was unsuccessful.  :cool:  thank you and Happy New Year
