just don’t know what to do.. do I get a different recoil spring? Just got this and have 250 rounds fired using only 147 grain federal flat or 147 grain federal hst. Just want to enjoy shooting this gun and not have the muzzle flip up, just shoots very jumpy for me. Thanks

In a service pistol caliber, there will always be some muzzle flip. Can't be avoided. Some pistols have less due to the way they are designed. Polymer frames may flex and make the recoil and flip seem less. Heavy all-steel guns will have less flip. Pistols with the barrel a little lower in the frame (striker fired ones) may have a little less muzzle flip.
But you have the PCR. And one way to reduce the flip is to fire standard pressure cartridges using lighter bullets. So go to the range and shoot 115 grain rounds. You will notice the difference.
