75 Compact beavertail problem...
« on: June 02, 2018, 12:05:48 AM »
New guy looking to add my first CZ to the arsenal.  Want a compact pistol, and really like the feel/heft of the 75 Compact I borrowed from a friend, but the beavertail just chews up my hand.  No problem with another friends 75 B, which has noticeably more upsweep on the beavertail.  From the look of things, all the metal framed compact CZ's are about the same, with the exception of the rare SP-01 Compact.  Can something be done about this without totally hacking the pistol, or will I just have to settle for a PO-7?  Thanks.

The only suggestion I would have is to maybe try different grips and see if that makes a difference.

I have the Compact and beaver tail does turn down but not a
N issue with me, has factory grip. Also have the PCR and beaver tail goes straight out. You could look at that gun, very similar to Compact but with decocker!
