Burris Fast Fire 2 or 3 mounting plate for CZ

I had thought about putting a Burris fast fire on my SP-01 for competition, but evidently they don't make a mounting plate for any CZs. I was wondering how much one of these would run at the custom shop? From my understanding its just a small plate that slides into the rear sight slot and has threaded holes in it for the hex screws. I don't know the screw size or thread pitch, but the screws are pretty small, maybe M3, standard hex screw pitch/tpi.

Angus has the plate made now for the C-More STS sight.
not sure if the screwhole patter is the same for the C-more and the Burris and I don't have a way to find out. sorry
