I am a Newbie to this Forum, so please excuse my question if you think it is dumb. Before I purchase a firearm, I like to see what their customer service is like. I called CZ customer service twice recently to ask a few questions. Both times I was directed to a voice mail & instructed to leave a message, which I did. No call backs either time. Is this the norm? Thanks.

I have never called with any questions but have emailed them numerous times. I have always received a reply back with the answers I was looking for. My experiences have been good.

I suppose calling the right number helps. I was calling the CZ Custom phone number. Still no replies from them, but I talked to Customer service twice today at CZ...nice people & answered all my questions.

I've had nothing but good customer service. I usually talk to stuart, even on a Sunday afternoon when I've broken a part at a match he replys.

In my experience, EXCELLENT. With a purchase they get you tracking info and ship quickly. I never had to send one in for service. Hell It's a CZ. We bought hem because they DON'T BREAK.
