I emailed them on 1/21/17, got a reply on 1/23/17, got a RMA packing slip on 1/25/17, delivery notice to CZ on 1/26/17, got a reply that the SP-01 needs to be replaced on 1/26/17 but was told 4-6 weeks depending if they had the pistol in stock, a call from CZ on 2/3/17 to get my FFL's information, got the pistol at my FFL's on 2/8/17. I say that was a fast turn around time but the bad news is that I need to DROS the pistol again since this is a new SP-01 with a different serial number and pay the FFL's transfer fee out of pocket. Contacted CZ and they said they forgot to add a spare magazine to offset the cost of the state and local fees so that should make up for some of the cost out of pocket. Mailed DOJ the letter of no longer in possession of my old SP-01. Being in CA, my pickup date will be 2/18/17. All and all very impress with CZ USA and their turn around time.
